- Designed and maintained Windows Server 2003 and 2008 images, using VB and Perl scripts for automation.
- Designed, maintained and supported the website used with the automation tools built into those server images.
- Worked across Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2 — 32-bit and 64-bit, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter editions.
- Scripted IIS installations for versions 6, 7, 7.5 and 8; troubleshot permissions, missing application pools and related web-tier failures.
- Ran VMware ESXi (v4.0–v5.5): ESXi and vCenter installs, cluster configuration, and VM provisioning with and without templates. Also worked with Microsoft Hyper-V.
