    • Primary Citrix and VMware subject matter expert for North America based locations.

    • Support and administer North America based Citrix environments serving users from across the globe.
    • Support and administer virtual environments built on VMware, vSAN, Vblock, EMC, HPE, Cisco, Dell and Hitachi technologies.

    • Migrate Citrix to the Azure and AWS public clouds using Terraform, VS Code and Bitbucket.

    • Built and imaged all Windows servers for a Fortune 15 company.
    • Designed and maintained Windows Server 2003 and 2008 images, using VB and Perl scripts for automation.
    • Designed, maintained and supported the website used with the automation tools built into those server images.
    • Worked across Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2 — 32-bit and 64-bit, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter editions.
    • Scripted IIS installations for versions 6, 7, 7.5 and 8; troubleshot permissions, missing application pools and related web-tier failures.
    • Ran VMware ESXi (v4.0–v5.5): ESXi and vCenter installs, cluster configuration, and VM provisioning with and without templates. Also worked with Microsoft Hyper-V.
    • Helped develop, install and support disaster recovery environments using Symantec NetBackup and VMware SRM.
    • Applied Microsoft Windows Clustering and Active Directory knowledge to high-availability designs.
    • Automated builds with Windows Deployment Services, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Post Installer, VBScript and PowerShell.
